Growing up, one of my Dad’s favorite activities was going out to breakfast at local diners. Father’s Day, still brings with it the memories of a 30-minute drive to my Dads favorite mountaintop dinner. That tradition lingered well into adulthood. Each year, I would make the four and a half hour drive home from college to take my Dad to breakfast for Father’s day.
I want my children to have the same sweet memories that I have and I want to paint a picture of respect and admiration for my children to follow.
I also want my little ones to feel proud of what they give their daddy for Father’s day, a special gift from their hearts to his.
So I made up these adorable little coloring cards so that my children could participate in the giving this year and work to create something of their own to be proud of.
My little one’s thought it was so exciting to be able to choose their own card to “design”.
And since I’m a generally nice girl, I’ve decided to share them with you. 🙂
