Need an Easy Gluten free recipe that'll taste like home-cooking?

This Gluten Free Chicken Parmesan recipe is one of the simplest gluten-free meals we've ever cooked. But it is also a is a family favorite!

If there is one thing I hate about cooking gluten-free, it's the amount of time it takes to prepare things from scratch. But the price of most of the pre-cooked specialty items makes me cringe.

But fortunately, that's not the case here! This one will make it look like you spent hours in the kitchen but this Parmesan chicken recipe is so easy, it only included 4 ingredients!

Chicken Parm (aka chicken parmigiana) is one of those comfort food that just make you feel all warm and gooey inside. It must be all that gooey cheese, crisp at the edges topped with warm and welcoming marinara sauce. YUM!

While most recipes ask you to mix bread crumbs, flour, and Italian seasoning and then have you dip your chicken breasts into a shallow bowl filled with egg, this one won't be nearly that difficult.

Can I just be honest here and say I HATE hand-breading things? It's so messy and it never turns out quite right. But in the recipe... there's no need!

But Chicken Parmesan always starts with crispy breaded chicken for delicious flavor and texture, right? Absolutely and Purdue Simply Smart Organics, Gluten-Free Chicken Breast Tenders is a perfect base for this recipe.

FAQ

What should I Serve with Gluten-Free Chicken Parmesan?

Whether you serve your chicken parm recipe over pasta or not, it really is a whole meal unto itself.  However, we usually add a side of garlicky green beans.

Sometimes, we  also make a quick gluten-free garlic bread to go along with this meal by simply brushing a half teaspoon of olive oil or butter over our favorite gluten free bread and sprinkling a bit of garlic salt on top. (Toast for 10 minutes at 400.)

Can this chicken parm be frozen or made ahead?

While this Gluten Free Chicken Parmesan can not be frozen (due to using a pre-frozen "ingredient" you absolutely could prepare this one night in advance and then simply refrigerate and warm it up.

Another idea is to cook this a crockpot meal.
